About Us
Paws 'n' Claws was started by Les and Denise Forshaw, both graduates of Liverpool University – Les in Mechanical Engineering and Denise in Dentistry. Les and Denise are married with four children.
Planning permission for a purpose built kennels and cattery was obtained in 1990. After a major investment in facilities the business was started and grew rapidly to become established as one of the premier animal care centres in the North-West of England.
The original aim of the business was to provide quality animal care and services and we are continuously trying to improve on the standards we set.

Roxy needs LOTS of walks as she is a very energetic dog so please be aware of this. She loves playing with her toys, especially balls.
Lyra is a lovable cat who loves attention from people. She isn't too keen on other animals or young children.
